Phase 1 – Design Concept

Deliverables:

• Developing preliminary conceptual ideas for the project (Mood boards & design direction).
• Preliminary furnished floor plans.

Duration:
The length of this phase will be: 10 working days from receiving the AS IS documents.

Phase 2 – 3D Visualization

Deliverables:

• Presenting 3D renders (Computer Generated Images) / any other format to clearly communicate the design concept.

Duration:
- The length of this phase will be: 20 working days from receiving the approval of the previous phase.

Phase 3 – Construction Package

Deliverables:

• Detailed floor plans, elevations & sections
• Material identification & specifications
• Lighting, electrical & HVAC layout plans
• Complete construction drawings
• Final wall plans, furniture layouts, floor patterns, reflected ceilings
• Lighting & electrical plans
• Built-in furniture details
• Doors & windows schedules
• Material, sanitary, lighting & furniture selections
• Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

Duration:
- The length of this phase will be 20 working days from receiving the approval of the previous phase.
