Design scope & contract stages
Phase 1 β Design Concept
Deliverables:
- Developing preliminary conceptual ideas for the project (Mood boards & design direction).
- Preliminary furnished floor plans.
Duration:
The length of this phase will be: 10 working days from receiving the AS IS documents.
Phase 2 β 3D Visualization
Deliverables:
- Presenting 3D renders (Computer Generated Images) / any other format to clearly communicate the design concept.
Duration:
- The length of this phase will be: 20 working days from receiving the approval of the previous phase.
Phase 3 β Construction Package
Deliverables:
- Detailed floor plans, elevations & sections
- Material identification & specifications
- Lighting, electrical & HVAC layout plans
- Complete construction drawings
- Final wall plans, furniture layouts, floor patterns, reflected ceilings
- Lighting & electrical plans
- Built-in furniture details
- Doors & windows schedules
- Material, sanitary, lighting & furniture selections
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

- The length of this phase will be 20 working days from receiving the approval of the previous phase.

Preliminary design-fee estimate, excluding construction and fit-out. Final scope and fees are confirmed in the proposal.

After payment
Keep your payment confirmation and send us your floor plans, project brief and requirements. Design work starts once the advance payment and required drawings are received.
Approvals and next steps
Each phase starts after approval of the previous phase and receipt of its applicable milestone payment. Your project schedule depends on the agreed scope and timely feedback.
Scope and changes
Your selected package defines the deliverables. Additional revisions or major changes after approval may affect the fee and schedule; agree these with Kymera before additional work starts.
Site supervision
Site supervision is optional and quoted separately from the design fee.
